APPROVING PARCEL MAP 3392 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 1117 PEARL STREET, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (ROY H. LINES AND FRANCES J4 LINES,
SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, Roy H. Lines and Frances J. Lines, subdivide
herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map
for subdivision of property located at 1117 Pearl Street and
known as Parcel Map 3392,
NOW TI3ER.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 3392, heretofore accepted and on
ditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdividers to record same, subject to
the conditions listed in City of Alameda Planning Board Reso
on No. 1114 adopted on December 22, 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of tli:e Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
3392 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to
Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system" will not violate regional water
duality control regulations:
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 17th of February, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmn Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
