AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP 3392 AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (1117 PEARL STREET - ROY Sib
AND FRANCES J. LINES, SUBDIVIDERS)

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, there has been presented to this Council a Parcel
Map, designated Parcel Map 3392, and heretofore conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, being a subdivision of property
located at 1117 Pearl Street in the City of Alameda, by
Roy H. Lines and Frances J. Lines; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is conditioned
upon the subdividers constructing and completing certain public
improvements on said property and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement
and have posted their bond guaranteeing full and faithful
perforriiance of said work, all in accordance with said section; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 0 THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for the construction and completion
of the improvements in the subdivision of property at 1117 Pearl
Street, designated as Parcel Map 3392, by Roy H. Lines and
Frances J. Lines, be and the same hereby is approved and the
City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf of the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of
$14,300, guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said agr se-
men t, is hereby approved as'sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned,.hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
• Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 17th of February, 1931, by the following vote, to wit:
