AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9363 BY AMENDING THE
COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN PART -TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY LIBRARY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Resolution No 9363, adopted October 28 1980, be amended by
amending the compensation provided for the part -time positions
of Library Technician and Intermediate Library Clerk, to read as
follows:

BE IT FURTI3ER RESOLVED at the provisions of this Resolution
shall supersede any provisions of any other resolution in conflic
herewith, and any conflicting provisions are, to the extent of
conflict only, hereby repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this reso-
lution shall be January 1, 1981.
I, the undersigned, hereby that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and pasSed by
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 17th of February, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dfoment, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica - 5.

ABSENT: None.
