AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION FOR ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ACT GRANT FUNDS TO WIDEN AND EXTEND HARBOR
BAY PARKWAY
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9476 adopted January 26,
1981, this Council authorized the submittal of a pre - application
to the Economic Development Administration for EDA Grant Funds to
widen and extend Harbor Bay Parkway; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best in-
s of the City that a final application for said funds be
su:bmittedy
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP ALAMEDA that the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit an
application to the Economic Development Administration for_ EDA
Grant Funds to widen and extend Harbor Bay Parkway.
I, the undersigned, ertlf« that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and ' regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 3rd of March, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
