Resolution 09498CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO.9498 APPROVING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR SOUTH SHORE BEACH REVITALIZATION PROJECT AND FINDINGS OF FACT THEREON AND AUTHORIZING PROJECT TO PROCEED BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council hereby certifies the Environmental Impact Report for the Alameda South Shore Improvement Project and makes the following findings of fact thereon: 1. The Final Environmental Impact Report composed of the Draft EIR and all comments and responses has been completed in compliance with the California Env_ronmcntal Quality Act, CEQA Guidelines, and the Alameda Guidelines adopted pursuant thereto. 2. The Ci.:ty Council has reviewed both documents. 3.
