AUTHORIZING CITY CONTRACT WITH EAST BAY MUNICIPAL
UTILITY DISTRICT FOR INSTALLATION OF WATER METER TO
SERVE IRRIGATION NEEDS OF MIF ALBRIGHT PAR -3 GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, on December 2, 1980, this Council authorized the
sum of $100,000 for basic construction costs of the Mi:f Albright
Par -3 Golf Course; and
REAS, in the development of said Golf Course it i.
necessary to set .a4" water met ernear the corner....
and Clubhause Manorial Ioad, as proposed in the approv
construction, to serve its irrigation needs - and
WHEREAS, East Bay Municipal Utility District is the only
vendor who can provide this service,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TB
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
City Charter the City is hereby authorized
Day Municipal Utility District for the ins
meter to serve the irrigation' needs of the
Course for the sum of $7,396.50.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
