APPOINTING MEMBERS OF TIIE- HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, the City Council' of the City of Alameda has
declaxed itself the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of
the City of Alameda;
WHEREAS, the City Council has established a Housing
Commission to advise the Housing Authox•ity,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the tenant
commissioners should serve on the IIousing Commission, rather
than he Housing Authority;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF TI-I.E CITY
OF ALAMEDA that all those persons currently under appointment as
Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda
are hereby appointed to the Housing Commission of the City of
Alameda for the same terms as their previous appointment.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 7th of April, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
