AMENDING THE SALARY AND POSITION RESOLUTION BY
CREATING THE POSITION OF PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR AND
ESTABLISHING SALARY THEREFOR AND ESTABLISHING
SALARY FOR CITY ENGINEER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Salary and Position Resolution of the City of Alameda be
amended by creating the position of Public Works Director and
establishing the salary therefor and by amending the salary of
the City Engineer, as follows:

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
