ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND PLANS
FOR MINOR STREET PATCHING WITH ASPHALT CONCRETE, AND
INSTALLATION OF HOUSE, LATERALS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1982, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications,
Special Provisions and Plans for MINOR STREET PATCHING WITH
ASPHALT CONCRETE for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982,
numbered PW 5 -81 -4 and filed with the City Clerk on May 19, 1981;

NOW THEREFORE; -BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid Specifications, Special Provisions
and Plans, slumbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock
on FRIDAY, MAY 29, 1981; for the furnishing to the City of
labor, materials and equipment necessary for said work, for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982, in accordance with said
Specifications and Provisions individually prepared therefor.
Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, in
Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside with the designation of the fiscal year work to which
said bid applies;
