CALLING FOR BIDS FOR LEGAL ADVERTISING FOR THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981 -1982
BE IT RESOLVED BY HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA- that
said Council will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11 :00 a.m.
on FRIDAY, JUNE 5, 1981, for the publication of all legal
advertising of said City during the fiscal year ending June 30,
1982.
Such advertising must be published in -a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Alameda fora period
of not less than one year immediately preceding the making of
such bid and having a bona fide paid circulation of at least
1,000 copies.

Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for Legal'Advertising -- Fiscal Year 1981- 1982."
Contract for such legal advertising, if awarded, will be
awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City,
to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
