NOW, THEREFORE, BE OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to pal Code, the Tentative Map fo and approved by the Planning Boa upon the findings and subject to th City of Alameda Planning Board Resolu approved he intersec- ning lva Farms; and on May 19, 1981, held a pub RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda Munici- Tract 4659, heretofore accepted' April 13, 1981, and based onditions contained in :ion No. 1145, is hereby BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the Tentative Map for Tract 4659 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
