Resolution 09549CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO 4549 APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4796, A CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION 01 EXISTING APARTMENTS AT '1433 -37 MORTON STREET, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITJI CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS (JOHN BARNI, JR., SUBDIVIDER WHEREAS, John Barni, to the Council for approval condominium conversion of ex Street; and subdivider herein, has presented entative Map for Tract 4796, a ng apartments at 1433 -37 Morton WHEREAS, the City Council, on Tune 2, 1981, held a public hearing on said Tentative Map, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda Muni- cipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4796, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board on April 27, 1981, and based upon the finings ' and subject to the conditions contained in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1152, is hereby awed: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the Tentative Map for Tract 4796 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
