AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN BRINK'S, INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
FOR COIN COLLECTION OF ON AND OFF STREET PARKING
METERS (INCREASES UNIT PRICE AND GRANTS TWO SIX-
MONTH EXTENSIONS)
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA hat
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execuke, and the Cite
Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City; an amendment to that
certain agreement dated September 8, 1980, between the City and
Brink's, Incorporated; said amendment to be substantially in the
form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked
"Filed June 16, 1981," and providing that said agreement be
extended for two six - month: periods to end June 30, 1982 and pro -
viding that the unit price for coin collection cf on and off
street parking meters be increased to $0,385:

was duly and regularly adopted an passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 16th day of June, 1981
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diument, Gorman, Stone, and Vice Mayor Sherratt - 4
NOES: Mohe.
