APPOINTING WILFRED GARFINKLE A COMMISSIONER
OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA DA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2 Division 24, Health
and Safety Code of California and Section 2-362 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor WIL;FRED
GARFINKLE is hereby appointed a Commissioner of the Housing
Commission of the City of Alameda for the term common'
May 15, 1981, and expiring May 15,'1985, and to serve until
his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 16th day of June, 1981
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone, and Vice Mayor Sherratt - 4
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica - 1
