APPOINTING JAMES L. McKENNA A MEMBER OF THE
CIVIL SERVICE BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of ArticlLe X of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
JAMES L. McKENNA is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Civil Service Board of the City of Alameda for the
term commencing July 1, 1981 and expiring on June 30, 1985,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 16th day of June, 1981
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone, and Vice Mayor Sherratt - 4
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica - 1
