AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH GEORGE L. PAGE, CATV CONSULTANT, IN CONNECTION
WITH AWARDING A CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to
execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with George L. Page, CATV Consultant, for his
consulting services in connection with the awarding of a non -
exclusive Cable Television Franchise in the City of Alameda,
said agreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore
placed in the Office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
July 7, 1981.
I, the undersigned, hereby Certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in an adjourned regular Council meeting assembled
on the 9th 'of July, 1981, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diument, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica
NOES: NOne,
ABSENT: None.
