AMENDING PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
AND JAMES R. SANDERSON (ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATING TO THE HARBOR BAY ISLE PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to that
certain Personal Services Agreement dated July 1, 1979, between
the City and James R. Sanderson, said amendment to be substan-
tially in the form of that on file in the office of the City
Clerk and marked "Filed July 21, 1981," and providing for an
increase in the monthly compensation for said personal services
and an extension of the termination date of said Agreement.

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting 8ssemblod on the 21st day of July, 1481
