AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH MARK Tin WANG
FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING
TO ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFM CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager and the City Clerk be and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with Mark H. Wang, by which he will
provide assistance to the City Engineering Department in the
ementation and processing of plans; calculations and improve -
ments for subdivisions in the Alameda .Marina Village project; and
other Engineering services as directed, said agreement to be
substantially in the for of that on file in the office of the
City Clerk and marked, "Fi1ed, July 21, 1981

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
