REAPPOINTING ROLAND E. CECGHETTINI A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter
the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
ROLAND E. CECCHETTINI is hereby reappointed to the office of
member of the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda
for a -term commencing on July 1 1981 and expiring on
June 30, 1985, and to serve until his successor is appointed
and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted an passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of July, 1981
by the following vote to wit: '
AYES: Councilman Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
