APPOINTING SUSAN G. FOULKES A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant t.o the provisions of Article X of the Charter of
the City of Alameda and Section 2 -353 of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, SUSAN G. FOULKES is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social Service
Human Relations -Board of the City of Alameda for a term
commencing on July 1, 1981 and expiring_on June 30, 1985, and
to serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed bv the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled ~ on "the 21st day of July, 1981
by the following vote to wit: `
AYES: Councilman Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President CoriCo - S.
