Specifications and Plans be, and the
same are, hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11.00 o'clock
a.m. on FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, 1981, for furnishing to the City of
all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary
for the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance with said
Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for 'Alameda
Small Boat Ramp and Fishing Breakwater," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the
provisions of the Charter of the City, of Alameda, to the
responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The
right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Plans may be had by any prospec-
tive bidder on application to the City Engineer, at his office
in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
