APPROVING AMENDED TENTATIVE MAP FOR 'TRACT 3843 A
DIVISION OF PROPERTY WITHIN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE,
FINDING SAID AMENDED TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH
THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING TEAT
DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT
VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, by its Resolution 9210 adopted January 15, 1980,
this Council conditionally approved the Tentative Map for Tract
3843, presented to the Council by Alameda Marina Village
Associates, for a division of property located within Alameda
Marina Village; and
WHEREAS, on January 6, 1981, this Council authorized an
extension of time until January 15, 1983; to complete the filing
of the final maps of the areas within the Tentative Map of
Tract 3843; and
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina village Associates h ve presented
to the Council for approval an Amended Tentative Map for Tract
3843; and
WHEREAS, on August 18, 1981, the City Council held a public
hearing on said Amended Tentative Map;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Amended Tentative Map far Tract 3843, hereto-
fore considered by the Planning Board, and subject to the conditions
and based upon the findings contained in the City Planning Board's
report to this Council dated August 11, 1981, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Amended Tentative Map for Tract 3843 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will
not violate regional water quality control regulations,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of August, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone, and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
