AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH RICHARD
RUDLOFF FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (CONSTRUCTION
INSPECTOR)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and the City Clerk be and each hereby is authorized
and directed' to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with Richard Rudloff for his services
as a Construction Inspectorf said services to include inspecting
subdivision improvements and Public Works projects to assure
compliance with plans and specifications and to do related work
as required, ,said agreement to be ;substantially in the form of
that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,

I, the uneerstged Iggreby certify that tl•e foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularl! adopted and passed by the I:penal-1 of. the
City of Alameda in regular meeting agsembled on the 1st of September, 1981 ,
