APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO 3471 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 2159 CENTRAL AVENUE, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (JOHN KATSAFOUROS, OWNER)
WHEREAS, JOHN KATSAFOUROS, owner herein, has presented to
the Council for approval a Parcel Map for the division of
property located at 2159 Central Avenue;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TILE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 3471, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions and
based upon the findings in Planning Board Resolution No 1177,
passed on August 10, 19810
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 1 2(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 3471 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality c l regulat.i.ons.
