AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH ALAMEDANS
WITH HOPE TO PROVIDE HOUSING COUNSELING SERVICES
IN SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to respectively; on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed contract with Alamedans with
HOPE which provides for Housing Counseling Services in support
of the - Community Development Block Grant Program to the citizens
of Alameda, said agreement to be substantially in the form of
that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed;
September 1, 1981""
