APPROVING PARCEL MAP 3303 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CENTRAL AVENUE
AND NINTH STREET, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND
FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (DAVID AND MICIELLE THOMPSON, OWNERS)
WHEREAS, DAVID AND MICIiEILE THOMPSON, owners herein, have
presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map; for division
of property located at 900 Central Avenue, the southeast corner
of Central Avenue and Ninth Street, to create two condominium
units,
