Resolution 09607CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. APPROVING PARCEL MAP 3303 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND NINTH STREET, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (DAVID AND MICIELLE THOMPSON, OWNERS) WHEREAS, DAVID AND MICIiEILE THOMPSON, owners herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map; for division of property located at 900 Central Avenue, the southeast corner of Central Avenue and Ninth Street, to create two condominium units, NOW, THEREFORE OF ALAMEDA that pursues Municipal Code, Parce approved by the Plannin given to Subdivider to based upon the findings passed on June 8, 1981. BE IT RE Section 303, he Board, is ecord same, in Planning D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 19.1 of the Alameda et'afore accepted and ereby approved and permission subject to the conditions and Board Resolution No 1165, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-- 3112(f) the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Nap 303 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of ` waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control re I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 75th of September, 1981, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
