AT THE ALAMEDA HISTORICAL MUSEUM AND FOR REFURBISHMENT
OF AREAS OF THE ALAMEDA CITY HALL

WHEREAS, the people of the State of California have enacted
the State, Urban and Coastal Park Bond Act of 1976, which pro-
vides funds to the State of California and its political
subdivisions for acquiring lands and for developing facilities
for public recreation and historical purposes; and
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS, said procedures established by the State Department
of Parks and Recreation require the applicant to certify by

applicant must comply with; and
WHEREAS, the applicant agency will ent
with the State of California for the development of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said Council hereby:

1. Approves the filing of an application for 1976 sta
grant assistance to develop the Historical Artifacts Display
the Alameda Historical Museum and for refurbishment of areas of the
Alameda City Hall; and
2. Certifies that said City understands the assurances in
the application; and
