BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (18 GARDEN ROAD -- MARVIN J AND
PAULA V. SHIELDS, OWNERS; RUSSELL HtUBER, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of
Municipal Coded there has been presented to thi

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for the construction and completion
of the improvements in the subdivision of property at 18 Garden
Road, designated as Parcel. Map No 3597 by Marvin J. Shields and
Paula V. Shields, be and the same hereby is approved and the
City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf of the City; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond, in the sum of $7;500,
anteeing full and faithful performance of said agreement,
ereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of October, 1981,
by the following vote, to wit:
