MEMBER AND ALTERNATE RESPECTIVELY, TO THE BAY AREA
LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SYSTEM LAY ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT 'RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to the requirements of the California Iibrary Services
Act of 1977, and upon nomination of the Library Board of the City
of Alameda, ARCHIE WATERBURY and ELLA MAE WATERBURY are hereby
appointed, meinber and alternate respectively, to the Bay Area
Library and Info illation System (BALIS) Lay Advisory Board for
encing Angus
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of October, 1981,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
