AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ALANEDA AND SIGHT AND INSIGHT, A NON-
PROFIT CORPORATION, FOR THE SUBLEASE OF A PORTION
OF THE MASTICK SENIOR CENTER COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda Leases from the Alameda Unified
School District certain real property located within the City and
known as the Mastick Senior Centex Complex and
WHEREAS, Sight and Insight, a non - profit corporation,
desires to sublease from the City a portion of said Complex for
studio space and classes for its members and the larger community,
which use is consistent with City policies and programs, and
WHEREAS, the Alameda Unified School District has consented
said sublease; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement containing the covenant
terms and conditions to be entered into is on file in the office
of he City Clerk and the Council is informed of the contents
thereof; and
