AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES WITH CONRAD ASSOCIATES RELATIVE TO DESIGN
OF PARKING GARAGE AND PARI {ING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY TI3E COUNCIL OF TIC CITY OF" ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to
execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement w1.th Conrad Associates, a California corporation,
for its engineering and architectural services in connection with
the construction of a three -level open parking garage over the
existing municipal parking :lot located on Park Avenue between.
Central and Santa Clara Avenues, said agreement to be substantially
in the form of that heretofore placed in the Office of the City
Clerk and marked, "Filed, October 27, 1981."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 27th day of October, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
