AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DKS ASSOCIATES IN CONNECTION
WITH DESIGN OF PATTON WAY TO ESTABLISH NEW SCHEDULES
AND FEES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest to, an amendment to the agreement heretofore on
May 21, 1980, entered into between the City and DKS Associates,
said amendment herein authorized to provide for future continua-
tion of agreed upon services by establishing new schedules and
fees.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of November, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
