Resolution 09640CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO,
AUTHORIZING CONTRACT, WITH EAST BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY
DISTRICT FOR TIE -IN TO E,BM.U.D WATER SUPPLY AT
ALAMEDA GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, to insure a quality water supply, this Council,
on October 27, 1981, authorized the expenditure of funds for the
increase in size from 2" to 4" of the domestic water service at
the Alameda Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, an estimate in the amount of $6,994 has been
received from East Bay Municipal Utility District, the only
provider, for the connection of a 4" meter at the connection
sight to the Mif Albright Par 3 Golf Course;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 3--15 of the City Charter, the
Director of Recreation. and Parks is hereby authorized to contract
with East Bay Municipal Utility District for an increase in the
existing 2 service to 4" at 105 feet south of Clubhouse Memorial
Road on the east side of Island Drive.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of November, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Di8m2nt, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President CVriC3 -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
