ACCEPTING: PROPOSAL AS AGREEMENT FOR THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA /BUREAU OF ELECTRICITY PROPERTY AND GENERAL
LIABILITY SELF- INSURANCE PROGRAMS AND DESIGNATING
BROKER OF RECORD FOR SAME
WHEREAS, by its Resolution Na. 9636 adopted October 27,
1981, this Council approved an agreement with Mund, McLaurin & Co.
its services relating to a comparative review and evaluation
of insurance proposals solicited by the City, and
WHEREAS, Mund, McLaurin & Co. has submitted i:ts compar son
of insurance proposals with specific recommendations for improv-
ing the City's insurance coverage,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the specific recommendations of Mund, McLaurin &
Co. for improving the City's insurance coverage are hereby
approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposal of Levinson Bros.
providing for general liability insurance coverage for the City of
Alameda for the policy pr i od beginning December 1, 1981, is
hereby, accepted.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 77th of November, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diam2nt^ Gorman, 5herrDtt, 3t0OS, and President Corica -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
