REAPPOINTING JACK FINK AS A MEMBER
OF THE PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079 New
Series, as amended by Ordinance No 1085 New Series, of the City
of Alameda, the election of JACK FINK by the membership of the
Police Department is approved, and he is hereby reappointed to
the office of trustee of the Pension Board of the City of Alameda
for a term commencing on January 1, 1982 and expiring on
December 31, 1984, and to serve until his successor is appointed
and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of December, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: N0ne,
ABSENT: None.
