Resolution 09652CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. DESIGNATING LINCOLN PARE AS AN ALAMEDA HISTORICAL MONUMENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, upon the recommendation of the Alameda Historical Advisory Commission, said Council hereby designates LINCOLN PARK as an "Alameda Historical Monument." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the list of Historical Monuments shall read: 1. Alameda City Hall 2. Alameda Theater *3. Alameda High School *4. St. Joseph's Basilica 5. Sanctuary Building of the First Presbyterian Church 6. First Church of Christ, Scientist 7. The Old Post Office Building, 2417 Central Avenue 8. First Congregational Church of Alameda 9. Croll Building 10. Old Masonic Hall 11. Second Empire Residence at 2233 Santa Clara Avenue *12. Union Iron Works Turbine Machine Shop Building *13. Union Iron Works Power House 14. American Red Cross Building at 2017 Central Avenue 15. Lincoln Park * On National Register of Historic Places I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of December, 1981, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
