APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3657 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND CAROLINE
STREET, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID
PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
(SIMON AND VICTORIA BODDINGTON)
WHEREAS, on Boddington and Victoria Boddington, owners
and subdividers herein, have presented to the Council for approval
a Parcel Map for subdivision of property at the northwest corner
of Central Avenue and Caroline Street and known as Parcel Map
No. 3657;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3657, heretofore accepted and con -
ditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon
the conditions and findings in Planning Board Resolution No 1204
passed on December 14, 1981 and subject to the conditions in the
City Engineer's report to the Planning Board dated December 1,
1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 3657 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 17- 3112(h)- determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of December, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: N0ne,
ABSENT: None.
