AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WILDLIFE
CONSERVATION BOARD TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF FINANCIAL
PARTICIPATION FOR THE ALAMEDA SMALL BOAT RAMP AND
FISHING BREAKWATER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest to, Amendment No J to the Cooperative Agreement
For Development, heretofore on April 3, 1978, entered into between
the City, the California Department of Boating and Waterways and
the California Department of Fish and Game for the, development
of the Alameda Public Access Project, said modification herein
authorized to increase the amount of financial participation from
the Wildlife Restoration Fund from $150,000 to $225,000.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of January, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
