AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT #2 TO EXTEND THE
COMPLETION DATE OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND
TEE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BOARD
RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS AT TIIE ALAMEDA ESTUARY
PUBLIC ACCESS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, Amendment #2 to that
certain agreement entitled Alameda Estuary Public Access, Alameda
County (WC- •921), between the City and the Wildlife Conservation
Board of the State of California Department of Fish and Game,
dated February 29, 1980, and providing for improvements at the
Alameda Estuary Public Access on a cooperative basis, said amendment
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked "Filed January 5, 1982," which extends
the termination date of said agreement to June 30, 1982.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of January, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
