APPOINTING ALFRED B. DROUOT A MEMBER
OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health
and Safety Code of California, particularly Sections 34270 and
34272 thereof, and Section 2-362 of the Alameda Municipal Code,
and upon nomination of the Mayor, ALFRED B. DROUOT is hereby
appointed a member of the Housing Commission of the City of
Alameda as a senior tenant member of said Commission, for the
term expiring on May 15, 1982, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of January, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
