APPROVING AND ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1981-1982
FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to and filed with this
Council, at this meeting, an amendment to the budget representing
a financial plan for conducting the affairs of the City of Alameda
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1981 and ending June 30, 1982,
which amendment is marked "Filed with the City Clerk, January 5,
1982."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said budget amendment as submitted to this Council
at this meeting, and each and every part thereof, be and the
same is hereby, approved and adopted as part of the final budget
for the City of Alameda for the fiscal year 1981-1982.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of January, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen DiOmeOt, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
