AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ENDORSEMENT NUMBER 1 RENEWING
THE CITY'S PUBLIC LIABILITY ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT
WITH R. L. KAUTZ & CO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain Endorsement Number
to the City of Alameda's Public Liability Claims Service Agreement
with R. L. Kautz & Co. which endorsement renews the existing
Administration Agreement through November 30, 1982. The City
Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
OD the 19th of January, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
