RESOLUTION NO. 9676
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT WITH ASSESSMENT BOND UNDERWRITER
HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 81-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council, by its Resolution of Intention No. 9673 , adopted
January 29,1982, determined to undertake special assessment proceedings for the
acquisition and construction of public improvements;
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience will be served by entering into
an agreement with an assessment bond underwriter to assist in the completion of
said assessment bond proceedings and the sale of special assessment bonds pursuant
thereto; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Stone & Youngberg has submitted its proposed agreement
for assessment bond underwriting services, dated Dec. 23 , 1981 ` to this
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
I. The agreement submitted by Stone & Youngberg has been reviewed and is
hereby approved by this City Council; and
2. The Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement by and on behalf of the City of Alameda' and the City Clerk
of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to attest to such
execution by and on behalf of said City.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of January , 1982, by the
