EXTENDING BID OPENING DATE FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
NO P.W. 12- 81 -12, HARBOR BAY PARKWAY IMPROVEMENT- -
DOOLITTLE DRIVE INTERSECTION AND EXTENSION SOUTHERLY
FROM MATT AND DRIVE- -FROM FEBRUARY 5, 1982 TO
FEBRUARY 17, 1982
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9662 adopted on January 5,
1982, this Council adopted plans and specifications for the Harbor
Bay Parkway Project and set a bid opening date of February 5, 1982;
and
WHEREAS, the engineering consultants were unable to distribute
the plans to prospective bidders in a timely manner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that in order to allow adequate bidding time for said
project the bid opening date for Public Works Project No P.W.
12- 81 -12, Harbor Bay Parkway Improvements (Doolittle Drive Inter -
section and Extension Southerly from Maitland Drive) be extended
to 2:00 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 1982.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of February, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
