AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RELATING TO LEGAL
REPRESENTATION FOR SAID AUTHORITY (HOURLY CONTRACT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the, Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized .
to execute and to attest to, respectively, or behalf of the
City, an Agreement for Legal Services (Legal Representation
for the Alameda Housing Authority - Hourly Contract) with
the Housing Authority of the City; of Alameda; which sets forth
the legal services to be provided the housing Authority by
the City Attorney, said agreement to be substantially in the
form of that heretofore placed in the office of the City Clerk
and marked "Filed, January 19, 1982."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of February, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
