DESIGNATING CITY MANAGER AS CITY AGENT FOR PURPOSE
OF OBTAINING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE RELIEF
UNDER THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TUUE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Bruce Rupp, City Manager, whose signature appears below, is hereby
designated as the authorized City official to sign and submit a
request for obtaining certain Federal financial assistance under
the Disaster Relief Act.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of February, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen DiDmCnt, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
