AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH AUTO- GRAPHICS,
INC. FOR ITS SERVICES IN THE PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
OF A LIBRARY COOPERATIVE CATALOG
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the certain agreement between the Counties of Contra Costa and
Alameda, the City of Alameda and Auto - Graphics, Inc, for its
services in the production and maintenance of a- Library Cooperative
Catalog, be and the same hereby is approved; said agreement to be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the office
of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, March 2, 1982."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf
of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 2nd of March, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Coucilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
