Resolution 09711CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9711 APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3730 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 1914 -16 STANFORD STREET, PERMITTING THE RECORDING TIHEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (LISTO PENCIL CORPORATION - OWNER) WHEREAS, Listo Pencil Corporation, a California corporation, owner herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property located at 1914 -1916 Stanford Street in the City of Alameda; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3730, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to owner to record same, subject to the condition and based upon the findings in Planning Board Resolution No. 1225, passed on February 8, 1982. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council No 3730 is consistent with the City's General to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharg the subdivision into the sewer system will not water quality control regulations. Section 11- 3112(f) finds Parcel Map Plan, and pursuant of waste from violate regional I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of March, 1982, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 4.
