APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3775 FOR DIVISION OF LANDS OF
HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES, A PORTION OF TRACT 4500,
AND PERMITTING THE RECORDING THEREOF
WHEREAS, on January 5, 1982, by its Resolution No. 9665,
this Council approved a Tentative Map for Tract 4500, a subdivision
of property bounded by Catalina Avenue, Tract 3810, San Francisco
Bay and the Metropolitan Oakland International Airport; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partnership, com-
prised of Doric Development Inc., a California corporation and
Bay farm Island, Inc,, a Nevada corporation, subdivider herein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division
of lands of Harbor Bay Isle Associates located in Tract 4500,
designated Parcel Map No. 3775; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 3775 is submitted as a final to
Tract 4500 in conformance with the conditions and stipulations
of the approved Tentative Map for Tract 4500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11- 319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3775 is hereby approved and per
given to subdivider to record same.

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of March, 1982, .
