AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5472, RELATING
TO THE RATE FOR PARKING METERS ON THE CITY'S OFF -
STREET PARKING LOTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Section 3 of Resolution No 5472 of the City of Alameda, as amend
by Resolution No. 9334, is hereby amended to read:
Section 3: The parking meters located on said
public off-street parking lots shall be ecuippped to
receive only lenal coins of the United States of
America in ten -cent denomination and twenty -five -cent
denomination; two coins of ten• -cent denomination
shall allow parking time of one hour duration, and the
coin of twenty -five -cent denomination shall allow
parking time of one hour duration.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of March, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
